Lost Leaves Netflix and Lands on Hulu

For friends of Jake, Sawyer, Kate, Hurley, Locke and the rest of the Lost characters, you may have to drop your Netflix subscription and get a subscription to Hulu. In January 2018, Lost left Netflix. This is not a surprise as ABC is owned by Disney and eventually Disney is going to pull all of their content off Netflix and house it on Hulu (of which they are part owner) or put it on Disney+.

Expect to see all Marvel (MCU) shows and movies on Disney+. This means that not only is Lost jumping ship, but Punisher, Daredevil, The Iron Fist, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage will be taking the leap.

Now that on of the most popular shows of the early to mid 2000s is leaving Netflix, it will be interesting to see how they respond. It will likely be the case that The Office and Friends will leave Netflix as NBC will amp up the streaming wars. Maybe Netflix will get Seinfeld, Frasier and the shows of the 1990’s to compete? We shall see.
